Curative AI is seeking a talented Salesforce Engineer to join our growing technology team. This role requires an experienced Salesforce professional who can architect, develop, and maintain Salesforce implementations while integrating with our AI-driven healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations with external systems. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable, efficient solutions that leverage the full capabilities of Salesforce. This position requires someone who is both technically proficient and able to translate business needs into effective technical implementations.

Curative AI, Inc.'s salary range for this role is $130,000 to $165,000.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex Classes, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, and other Salesforce technologies to meet business requirements and enhance user experience
  • Architect and implement automated solutions using Apex Triggers, Platform Events, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Flows to streamline business processes and increase efficiency
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems, using REST/SOAP APIs, Apex callouts, and near-real time data processing
  • Develop and enforce best practices for Salesforce development, including code reviews, version control, and deployment strategies
  • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all custom development and configurations
  • Participate in all phases of the SDLC including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
  • Develop and coordinate time-sensitive product launches and integrations that support business growth
  • Lead automated email workflows and notification systems that increase program engagement and accelerate partner progression
  • Proactively identify and resolve system issues, performance bottlenecks, and technical debt
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features, evaluating their potential benefits for our organization
Qualifications:
  • Currently located in the Seattle Metro Region and able to work hybrid on-site a minimum of three days per week at our Bellevue location
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required
  • Salesforce certifications highly desired (Platform Developer I & II, Application Architect, or System Architect)
  • Advanced proficiency in Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs (SOQL, SOSL)
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, data management (DML, Dataloader, Workbench), and creating custom data loading applications
  • Experience with DevOps practices including Visual Studio Code, version control (Git), CI/CD tools and package management
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and performance optimization for large-scale operations
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development and creating reusable components
  • Knowledge of healthcare data systems and HIPAA compliance highly desired
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
